3 weeks on dupixent - I’m so dry?

I took my loading dose 3 weeks ago and have taken one more since then. I do think I’m already starting to see some changes in my skin (asthma and sinusitis improving drastically but that’s not for this sub). But the main thing I’ve been noticing is that my legs and arms are SO dry and scaly. I put Cereve on religiously and it just doesn’t seem to touch it. Im wondering if this is because my inflammation is finally healing leaving the dry skin behind? I haven’t had any facial flares at all. Just super dry on my shins, back of hands, and my arms.

Has anyone else experienced this?
