Unfortunately the elimination diet helped
I have had a rash on my face that hasn't budged for two years. Out of desperation, I finally tried an elimination diet at the start of the year and I saw improvement within just a few days. I was finally able to clear up, but now that I'm trying to reintroduce foods I feel like everything makes me flare. Dairy, gluten, chocolate, peanuts, seed oils (?), and large amounts of sugar all seem like triggers. I have been living off of pretty much meat, veggies, water, hot tea, popcorn, Larabars, and Coke Zero's.
I am so incredibly grateful to have found something that works for me, but I miss food.
