Unacceptable Download Speed

I bought the game yesterday and left it to download overnight. It's at 18%...that's really bad. My average download speed is 1MB/s. I know the game is 120 gb and my internet is not the best but 18% in over 12 hours is unacceptable. No its not a problem on my end. Games on steam download over 60% faster. I've seen multiple posts complaining about the same thing from 2016, 2017, 2020, and 2022 however i've yet to find a solution other than waiting several days for the game to download. Again unacceptable. I've heard good things about ESO and it's community but this is a really bad first impression. Oh and don't bother telling me that your game only took 3 hours to download because that really isnt helping anyone.
