Would appreciate any budget friendly hotel or rental suggestions near EDC Thailand Venue

Hey guys I'm looking for a decent place to stay nearby the event. 2 people preferrably with wifi and aircon and below $40/night from Jan 15th-21st.
Also open to meeting new friends there! We'll be in GA.
