Bowel changes ?

Awaiting a lap/ hysteroscopy in novemeber. Have been diagnosed with suspected adeno and MRI showed evidence of deep infiltrate endo. I have recently been experiencing bowel changes and I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced bowel changes that ended up being caused by their endo. Ive been pretty regular my whole life but recently I have been struggling with pretty significant constipation that led to anal fissures and hemmorhoids. I have an apt w GI coming up as well but im trying to find some logical explanation for this. My mind is swirling and hearing that colorectal cancers are on the rise in young adults doesn’t help my healthy anxiety any … thanks in advance 🩷
