MRI shows deep infiltrating endo. Is it possible it WONT be found in surgery ?

This is me gaslighting myself i think 😅but im just anxious. My MRI read “Linear T2 dark thickening along the torus uterinus , nonspecific but can be seen with deep infiltrative endometriosis.” Is there a chance they will go in for my lap and find nothing ? Or is it very likely I do in fact have DIE? Thanks in advance !
