Anti depressants and pain killers? Please help

Hey, so I'm taking venlafaxine for my depression and adhd for 2 weeks now, but because of my endometriosis I am taking pain killers (mostly even overdose) for every period, I tried different ones and the best ones for me were Dexibuprofen.

buut apparently you shouldn't combine those and now I am really scared because my period is around the corner. Do you have any tipps?? Did anybody still take both and it was okay?
