Canadian suffering with endo

Hello everyone, I'm I'm Vancouver Canada currently navigating IVF and have 2 genetically normal embryos. During the process they discovered I have a 2.1cm endometrioma. I didn't know I have endo. Now I decided to supress with letrozole and lupron for 3 months before doing FET. I am 38.If this doesn't work I'd like to get a surgery. What would it cost in USA? I'm Canada we barely have any surgeons that know how to treat endo and wait list is 18months plus. What are the general costs for a surgery in US ? Thank you!
