Can't see PST file whenever I export my Outlook email

I've been trying for the past few hours to export an email account to a PST file but for some reason it doesn't show up in my folder at all. Or I see it under Quick Access under 0 bytes.

It worked for another account yesterday but now I don't know what's going on? Can anyone help?
