I GOT MY ACC BACK ! (META ADS)
Hello everyone! Like many of you here my Facebook got disabled on the 17th of this January for "not being old enough" then for "community guidelines" And my Instagram which was my business account got disabled as well because it was linked to it. I tried everything, DPM, AG, emails, nothing worked. It's been a hectic 3 months basically fighting AI and testing our every possible solution that I've found on this sub ! Finally one of them worked today and it's META ADS ! Here's what you have to do :
1- download meta ad , check updates. 2- Create a new fb and Instagram accounts /if you have a secondary accounts use it . 3 log onto your meta ad account 4- Go to your settings 5 - Click on "report a problem" 6- select your Instagram account 7- on the issues selected pick : "my Instagram handle has been disabled" EDIT : some iPhone user says they don't have the option of selecting issues but they have an option to submit screenshots. So send them anything thay proves your point, like screenshots of appeal not sending, hacking proof, not being able to log in, ect.
8- "Explain your problem to them when you got your acc disabled, when and what happened, try to be straightforward and not write a lot , tell them appeal doesn't work too." Then you have to ad this, think adding this sentence helped me a lot so add :
"If you can't restore my account please forward it to the right department or at least send me my data.
Under Article 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GPDR), I have the right to have a copy of all the information that you have about me, related to my account on Instagram platform .
9,- write your account informations : IG Username : eMail : Phone number : URL : Associate Facebook: Username: Email : Phone : URL:
- NOTE 1 : if you already contacted them let's say 3 times. With this method. On the 4th time , use the 3rd email ID at the end, example say : "I'm case ID 1826289468"
11- Send !!
NOTE 2 : I've been this method for a week now, I've created like 10 tickets and kept emailing them back and forth, some agents aren unhelpful and will close your case after few emails and send you the survey, but keep trying cuz you may find the right agent, like the one I got today , I didn't even need to emails back he restored my account within 5 hours!! They even called me and I missed their call. When i checked my email I found that he restored my account.
