Facebook Account Hacked

My Facebook account was accessed through my email and the hacker was able to send himself a verification code to get in and deleted the email and phone number linked with it the Facebook account. Also my name was changed to “Meta Copyright Infringement” and is disabled. Through my Instagram that is linked with my Facebook, I can’t do much, but I did find the hackers email that is now under my Facebook account. Is there anything I can do now knowing what email is under my old Facebook account without being able to access that email? Any help to get my disabled account back? Also any way to get in contact with Facebook would be nice to!
