Luigi carts(help)

Plug is selling these luigi carts that come with a pre-roll in the package, not much presence online, apparently he “gets all of his stuff from michigan” but again never heard of these carts. Haven’t been into carts for long but i have been told that if they have a sticker with lab results like the ones above it’s most likely real. just looking for others opinions.
