I think Austin Reaves downfall is not as severe as people may think

Yes I think with Luka and Bron Reaves usage will surely be down from what it is now. But let's remember that at the start of the season dlo was starting, AD and Bron were healthy, and reaves was averaging 17 6 and 5. That is not very far off from his season averages of 18 4 and 6. What is important to note is that when he was in this sg/3rd/4th role position he was shooting 52.5% from the field and 44% from 3 shooting his season averages of 2.6. So what can we expect when Luka arrives? Yes his assists might go down a bit, but he is now the 3rd option and we can expect his fg% to go way up from where it is right now (46% and lower following his move to starting pg). I think we can all agree no one is going to be able to guard both Luka and LeBron and their passing ability meaning reaves will be left with a lot of open looks and maybe this last sentence is cope but enough space to continue some his current playmaking ability since Luka and Bron stretch the floor much better than AD (although he does lose the lob threat that AD provided).

TLDR: don't be so desperate to ship reaves off if you have him, yes his value may go down in terms of assists but expect his fg% and 3s to go up and he will still have those crazy statlines whenever bron or luka have a rest day
