Tyrone Tracy or Sincere?

It’s pretty sad that these are my options. For a full PPR 16 team league with 1 RB spot. My options are Sincere, Tracy, or Bucky. I’m not risking it with Bucky and his injuries again this week. Tracy could get some check down work but can I really count on that? Idk which horrible offense I trust more - NY or LV.
