Manure Question

Is there any category of machine or process that allows you to dry manure before you spread it?

My best friends' uncle owns a company where they create 'industrial manure dryers' and he's asking us if we can make a mod in FS25 that adds his machine to the game. I've already looked up the steps for creating mods but i'm unsure if its possible to create mods for farming processes that aren't even part of the base game.
