Need tips for sleeping
So, a few years back I used to do rolling 72s of dirty fasts and I do remember having a lot of energy. I regained most of that weight back and more (life hits you hard sometimes), and I’ve fallen into accidentally fasting lately. Being very busy with work and family helps.
But here’s the thing- I’m only able to sleep a few hours. I put in very long days and definitely need more rest. As expected, the fat is falling off despite it being a dirty fast, but I’m on day 2 and I have a ton of energy, yet I’m also tired at the same time. I don’t feel temped to eat. Usually three days is my sweet spot and I’ll be eating tomorrow. Until then, what are ya’ll’s tips on getting a good night’s sleep?
Also, since we all love seeing results on this sub, I did OMAD for a couple weeks and now I’m doing this 72. When I was weighed at the doctor, I was 200lbs and I’m 5’6. I don’t weigh myself, but I’m wearing a size 10-12 in jeans, and my daily pair is almost ready to be retired and I’ll be able to go to my smaller 10s. It’s a good feeling to get your shit together!
