Advice for runner
Hi! I run my first half marathon Feb 15th. I’ve been doing sporadic fasting for the last few months. Wondering if any athletes in the thread have advice as to how to structure the next 2 weeks? I did a 5 day fast last week, refed Friday and yesterday, ran 9 this morning and felt slightly weak but not bad. Do you think I should do something like rolling 48s this week or OMAD and then eat normally next week before the race? Any advice or pointers are welcome!
