Buyout for Wage Grade Employees

I am a Wage Grade federal employee that does depot level maintenance on the KC-135. I received this email. I thought for sure we would not get the offer because we would fall under “national security”. Does this mean we could take the offer or is it more likely it was sent by mistake?

I would heavily consider it to get paid until September and not have to report to work. It would allow me to finish my degree and return to the private sector much sooner than I could otherwise.
