Did/Is anyone here actually going to resign by Sept 30 with the ‘buy out’?

I am not and don’t personally know anyone that has or is going to reply “Resign” to the OPM email, but I’m curious if anyone here did/is/or knows someone that is resigning by Sept 30 to get the ‘buy out’
