Can the Trump/EM benefits/protection damage be undone by the next administration?

I'm 43 years old and have 10 years in federal service (in the DoD) and am really curious if all the damage Trump and Elon will do for federal workers can be undone by the next administration? For instance, can the next administration (assuming they're anti Trump!) restore some of the protections for fed workers, revert back the highest 3 years in retirement calculation to include locality (if they change it to not include locality), give us back some remote work option (like we had prior to COVID) and undo anything else radical done by Trump/Elon? I imagine yes.

I have a decent pile of cash sitting right now and was sort of thinking of leaving and buying an established business but also question if its too risky. I suppose I could leave and come back too in 4 years. I imagine recruitment for talent will be hard right now in the federal workforce but are other feds that may have a good amount of time left optimistic the damage can be undone in time before they reach retirement?
