Is it safe to publicly speak out about what’s is happening?

As federal employees, are we safe to speak publicly about what’s happening on our social media platforms, regarding the fork emails, etc?

There has to be more that we can do that just stand the line and not resign, it seems like this is just foreshadowing for more aggressive courses of action.
