A mod that can "Sink" overwhelming amounts of resources?

So in my modded games, I eventually come into a situation where I have WAY to much of one thing, from something like a vanilla stacks of Copper Ingot blocks to an overwhelming amounts of of different pams harvest craft foods. I've been wanting to know if there's a mod out there that can Resource Sink/Sell these things to get some more useful stuff out of it? (I.e. Emeralds)
