Question on progging

Hey fellow warriors of light!

What's the general consensus in regards to progging raids using PF. Recently clear P9S and farmed my BiS for Healer and Ranged. Now this was done with a static. The group hasn't as a whole clear the fight (LC1 is catching 1 or 2 players out still). I would like to start learning p10s. I have watched the guide but I need to do as well as see.

Is it worth putting up a PF for brand new run throughs and will they be filled?
