Just played a round of carnival of blood and I've never been so CREAMED before. The set up was boxed in, having most of the victims close to one side near me. Normally this would be good. The starting event was "how dangerous could it be" which has all victims go 1 space towards a trap. Not a big deal, they don't come up all the time. Well the first terror card I got was the acid trap, causing damage to me. Upkeep phase comes around and three victims, round one, come towards me and fall in the acid trap.
Throughout the game, victims just kept of falling into the trap. At one point I drew the fiance event and if he fell in the trap the horror would've gone up by 5. Luckily I somehow got him out but yikes, 9 people died, I saved 2 and someone turned into a werewolf.
Needless to say, I tried to go after geppetto with a throwing axe but it ended up being just a prop weapon and I was surrounded by all the puppets and geppetto and I did one last ditch effort to find a weapon in the space we were all in and it was a poisonous snake. Needless to say I did no damage and died. Even if I survived all the attacks, the poison would've killed me. Anyways. I love this game so much, even if I lose terribly 😅
