Do you ever actually unlock your ultimate ability?

I’ve played final girl a fair amount of times. Never once even came close to getting my ultimate ability (the ability on the back of your player card). I get maximum 2 or 3 victims saved.

Was wondering if anyone gets the ultimate ability decently often, if you have, do you typically win those games?

Victims just seem like they die too often, I’ll only save them if it’s convenient to move anyway, but the exit spaces are out of the way and far from search spaces.

I’ll save a couple victims but getting 5 or 6 seems so hard because you need to do that and also attack the villain.
