Finch and Work

I've only been using Finch for less than a week and I'm liking it so far. However, I find some of the timing of the suggested activities a little...off?

For example, it just threw one up saying "do something that makes you happy." Well, I can't, I'm at work. Another; "spend quality time with yourself." Again, can't do that at work.

I know I can save these until I get home, but them popping up and knowing I CAN'T do them actually kinda makes things worse.
