330lb strongman to 240lb bodybuilder 6 month transformation (37yrs old)

I started off with a big calorie deficit from 5-6k daily down to 3k daily. I did 30 minutes of cardio on my bike everyday and 10k steps also daily. I consumed 6 meals a day with only 2 carb meals before training and after training. My meals consisted of only whole foods. Eggs, steak, turkey, potatoes, rice, spinach, asparagus and white fish. By the time I was 4 weeks out from my first bodybuilding show i was on 1600 calories daily 2hrs of cardio on the bike daily and 12k steps! My foods we're literally turkey steak, egg whites and asparagus with 50g of jasmine rice, pre and post work out. It was tough to say the least! 😂
