Workouts to avoid?

Hi all. New to this forum group. I am 9 weeks, 4 days today. Before I found out I was pregnant I weight lifted 5-6 days a week. Early into my pregnancy we were told it was unviable, and I turned into a depressed zombie, so to speak, I was just numb. I barely ate. I felt like I was just slowly floating through my days. I didn’t workout for weeks. Then we went in for a scan and we did in fact see an embryo with a heartbeat. It was a true miracle and we are so happy!

Of course after all this, I’m paranoid to weight lift this early again but I miss it so much. It’s no surprise how much it helped my mental health but I was also making so much progress with my body, my muscle definition in my arms and legs was amazing. And now I’m slowly seeing it wither away. It just makes me so sad.

Does anyone have any tips for workouts I should absolutely AVOID, especially this early in my pregnancy? I made a promise to myself I’m going back to the gym on Monday. I work with a trainer and I want to be sure to inform him of how I can best workout for my new pregnancy and what I should avoid.
