Can’t find the Spray & Pray on Cricket

So i recently got the game and was enjoying it a lot, I read about the spray and pray somewhere and wanted to get it but it seems like cricket isn’t selling it. Is it a bug or is there any way I can get it from somewhere else? I built my character around explosives and wanted it to complete the build, any help is appreciated!
