Fridge temp between 41-44f for 12 hours.

Is this considered unsafe? The reason behind this is due to someone in the house repeatedly opening and keeping the door open throughout this time period (she's absolutely careless). Our kitchen is very hot (temp reader constantly in mid 80s) without AC further adding to my concerns. I have a fridge temperature that reads the high and low (I always clear it before I leave to work to see how badly it's been abused by her while gone). It has not dropped down from 41 and instead has mostly stayed at 43 the few times I had gone to get something. I have plant milks (in the back on the top shelf), plant cheeses, and my cats wet food that are my main concern.
