What's your favorite fragrance that the masses have rejected?

As of recent my favorite has become Sauvage Eau Forte. I absolutely hated Sauvage EDT & EDP. The opening has a harsh note that smells fecal to me and I cannot stand it.

But then Elixir happened which was a phenomenal Option and then came eau forte which became an absolute love for me. So so nice but barely anyone gave it a chance and the biggest complaint is the water based formula.

What similar experiences do you have?
