Should I take a pregnancy test?

I had sex with my then boyfriend about a month ago. We have sense broken up but I’m worried I might be pregnant. I have no signs and I’ve been on t for over a year and on birth control for some time. I also don’t have menstruation and haven’t for a year. Should I even be worried about this? I think it might be my an anxiety acting up but I’m just worried and want some advice Edit: does anyone know what would happen if I was pregnant? And kept taking testosterone and birth control? Would it resolve itself..?
