BUG: Audio continues to play even when i change channel

Has anyone else ever had this problem? It has happened twice on my FireTV stick.

I try to play a live channel, but the audio and video aren't synced, so I hit pause, the audio continues to play while the video is paused. Then when I hit play again, I get the audio in two different times. Even after hitting back and starting a new channel or program, the original audio keeps playing. Even after exiting the app (I'm currently just on my FireTV homescreen) the audio is still playing!

Unplugging the Fire stick did nothing.
