My account has suddenly becomes a "Cabined" account and I'm losing my mind over it.

So, till yesterday, everything was fine. My account worked as normal, no parental controls, nothing. I woke up today and I saw that my account has been "cabined" and is now under parental control. Where tf did this come from? I can't even revert it back to normal so fml I guess
