Switching out X-T4 for GFX…

I have an X-pro3 w/ a 27mm pancake lens that has become my everyday camera. Hoping to get the 18mm pancake for as well.

I also have an X-T4 that I pair with the 16-80mm f/4 & the 100-400mm. I use this as my “action” camera (surfing, backpacking, etc).

In a way, I feel like there’s a lot of overlap between these two and I don’t end up using my X-T4 at all unless I’m shooting “action.” The ibis is nice but before this, I used an A600 and X-T3 for surfing and backpacking. It’s manageable and I use a monopod as well. I’m thinking I can get rid of the X-T4 & 16-80mm lens to get Into the GFX system. I feel like there would be a big difference between the Xpro and GFX50 and would use both more frequently. Is there something I’m missing? Is the GFX50s still worth it this day as opposed to the GFX50sii?

Edit: I know on paper the xt4 might be a better camera than the Xpro 3 but, I love the compactness of it and carrying it around my neck. It’s my “street” camera.
