Internal storage - "System" and "Other" occupy close to 100 GB. How to free up space?

My total internal storage memory is 128 GB. I recently got a one TB SD card and transferred most of the photos and videos. I still see a huge space occupied by system (19 GB) and other (80GB) in the internal storage. Is that a way to get rid of unnecessary data from system?
