Reckless and dangerous taxi driver spat at me.
I was riding my bike home today along distillery road in the university campus going at a reasonable speed, with my lights on when a taxi driver carelessly cut in front of me to do a U turn which force me to brake hard and could have easily resulted in me collided with me. How ever at the point I still don't think he even noticed me as he was still manouvering. I pull along side him to see him angryly making gestures at me through his window. He then rolled his window down and when I tried to tell how dangerous and inconsiderate his driving was he shouted in very incoherent English (clearly it wasn't his first language) and then spat at me while he speed off by undertaking me ( as I was in the middle of the road) and he skimmed right past me, keep in mind this is a 20kmp zone with pedestrians absolutely everywhere just to added to his growing list of dangerous actions. How do people like this even get drivers license let alone taxi licenses. Would it be worth reporting him to the Gardai or to Freenow? Would they actually do something about it.
