Using technique to fight onset of a cold

I had an interesting experience last night.

Early evening and i started to feel the onset of cold symptoms, achy, physically very cold which worried my wife as I always run hot. Headache etc.

Our Christmas present to each other this year was a couple of nights away on the UK south coast and I really didn't want to be unwell for that.

I went to bed wrapped up and shivering and decided to practice moving to Focus 3 and then to Focus 10. I did this without any audio accompaniment.

I went through the relaxation techniques, ECB, resonant tuning and resonant energy balloon. I then set my intention and request for support to let me move past the cold symptoms, not wanting to ruin things for our time away together.

I woke up this morning and feel completely fine, no symptoms at all. So we get to enjoy our break without me being a massive grump.

I had very powerful energy movements and dreams all night too.
