Swollen Legs/Feet

Got an African Grey here with seemingly fatty or swollen legs/feet. Can't seem to pin down if it's an infection or if he's just eating too much.

Had seen some names floating around like Scaly Leg Mites, Mycoplasma synoviae etc. Any help identifying would be appreciated. Has been a few weeks at least since we first noticed.

No we can't really afford to see a vet, but if it's just a case of like, Niacin deficiency, we can look into doing something about it ourselves.
