Rashes from nose pads

I've had my glasses for the past 2 years and I've been getting rashes where they sit on my nose. After switching to contacts for a few days and using moisturizer, it clears up but always comes back again once I have to wear them. Is there anything I can do? I can't afford to get a new pair, but this is starting to drive me crazy.
