Rachel was better in the callbacks for Maria

Don't get me wrong, Mercedes was great, but for me, Rachel was the clear winner. I know Rachel said herself that Mercedes was better than her during the callback, but I never thought that was true. I also think that Rachel's first audition for Maria was miles above Mercedes' first audition.

–No hate to Mercedes who would have made an excellent Maria as well. She's an amazing singer

Overall, I have always thought Rachel was the better singer/performer
