I created another google account because my first was running low on storage. Now, all my photos from my old account (they were not on my phone) are on my new account as well and I am out of storage on both. What happened, and how do I fix it?

I have no way to turn off sync. Both accounts are logged into the app, but that shouldn't impact it if the phone is only backing up to one.
