Grateful to tell my family that they can you know what themselves

I’ve been abused and manipulated by my family my whole entire life and for the first time I am telling them that I will not let them hurt and used me anymore. I feel powerful. I feel seen. I feel loved by myself because I’m protecting myself from these horrible people
