2022 Cube Nuroad build

3rd pic is how it left the cube store. Since then I upgraded to full GRX400, swapped out the bar to a venturemax, added a dropper, upgraded brake rotors (160 rear, 180 front) and threw on some meatier tires.

I did all of it myself, having close to zero experience with bike wrenching (with the help of the Internet ofc). Although I borrowed some special tools from a DIY bike shop and gifted them my old but still good Shimano Claris in return.
