Is TU Graz a well-regarded University of Technology in Austria?

First and foremost I would like to apologize for writing this post in English but I think my A2 knowledge of German will only make it harder for you to understand me.

I understand that my question is a little bit complex and I expect bias in your answers, but what I want to know is what do you think of people who graduate from TU Graz compared to TU Wien for instance, or even other TUs. Do employers even care about which TU/Uni you've graduated from, how's the student life like in Graz...etc.

Nota bene: Keep in mind that I am interested in STEM related subjects, especially Mathematics and especially especially Actuarial Mathematics.
