Pellet Grill on Apartment Balcony?

I'm on the 2nd floor of my Apartment Complex.

I'm allowed to have a grill, it's a 7x13.5' balcony, I'm thinking a normal pellet grill will just have way too much smoke to be viable?

There is a fire suppression system on one side of the balcony so I'm just a little concerned about smoke or other assorted possible issues.

I can get a Traeger 22 for <$500, or I just buy a Spirit II 310 for <$400
