4 months post op

I am really happy with the results, nothing is perfect but it was motivating to go back to the gym after surgery for sure, I encourage anyone that was as bothered and insecure about it as I was, it’s a life changer for me mentally and I wish that upon all brothers suffering this shit, I felt the mental pain for 30 years.
