DO I HAVE GYNO ?!?!?!?
I started gym 5 months ago, and noticed my nipple areas were weirdly soft and “big”. I did some research and found out about “gyno”, Do I have it? And if so, can I fix it without surgery? I took no steroids, only protein powder and creatine, my main protein source is breaded chicken tenders made in the air fryer. I take no weird medication, only vitamin c and d supplements
