Getting banned and Supports lack of response?

I got matched into a game. It took much much longer to load than normal. The game ended when I joined and then I got banned for like a day or something. I emailed support to just ask why they banned me and at first they said

I emailed back to ask why I was suspended and I got this as a response..

Not sure how I could have had "unsporting conduct"? Im assuming maybe loading in slowly it counted me as afk but im not sure. Im also assuming support is just a bot -.-
