This honestly just impressed me beyond words
I bought a 72" icon roll cab at the beginning of September. I went home after ordering and bought a matching top chest from the scratch and dent site.
After everything arrived (beginning of last month for the roll cab) and I had it assembled, I left a positive review on the HF website because I am happy with my purchase.
In the review I happened to mention that it would be cool if they sold matching touch-up paint for these tool chests. It was by no means a deal breaker for me, but I bought a deeply discounted top chest, likely due to the scratches on the front.
I didn't expect anyone from HF to even read my review, but this package showed up via FedEx today. No one contacted me and as far as I know they didn't respond to the review.
This is literally so far above and beyond anything that any large corporation has done for me that I was speechless. It's something little, and probably only cost them pennies, but it impressed the hell out of me.
They had to have done some research to match up my scratch and dent order with my roll cab order to find the right person to which to send it-- that takes time and probably cost them more than the simple gesture did.

On the off chance that everyone gets one of these after their purchase, then I take it back!!! But either way it was unexpected and I'm thankful
